Both living rooms offer a peaceful atmosphere with natural lighting. Plenty of seating for ten, a Smart TV, overhead lighting/ceiling fan, extra throw blankets, gas fireplaces to cozy up and relax. Did we mention the floors are heated? Wonderful feature during the cooler seasons!
The game loft is located on the second floor and includes a foosball table, board games, two gaming chairs and a couch to chill back. There is a large Smart TV for streaming needs!

This gorgeous kitchen has been completely remodeled and features all new stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space and storage. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer included. There is a dining room right off the kitchen that has a beautiful table with seating for 8, additional chairs are provided and can easily be brought in to accommodate a larger group!

There are four full bathrooms in this home with plenty of space to rejuvenate. The master bathroom has heated floors with a thermostat to control the temperature. All bathrooms offer luxury fixtures, water features in the showers and luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

*PARKING- Limited to 4-5 vehicles. There is a single-car attached garage, a driveway that fits 2 vehicles, and on-street parking is available right in front of the house guests can park 2 additional vehicles.
*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 14, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet for $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is a fully fenced backyard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.
