Positive: I liked the balcony we had, a dishwasher, the internet. Convenience store was about 2 minute walk from our apartment. Balcony had a great view, but owners can put more work into it. The neighbourhood was very quite, apartment is a bit outside of main city's district so you could hear the birds all the time in the morning!

Negative: Upon arrival, there was a sock in the upstairs bedroom (assuming it was from the guest that were there before us), up-stair beds weren't made, it was like someone tried to make them, but left in a hurry. There were a lot of squashed and dead bugs in the apartment in general, one was plastered on the wall even.

Summary: Quite and a convenient stay, but a messing welcoming
