Positive: Good location. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Negative: Room facilities such as towels were very old and worn out. Daily room cleaning was not adequate. Water pressure was extremely low for sink use. Heavy construction noise all day long. We even found some cockroaches in the cabinet.

Summary: Apart from construction noise and adequate service, it was a good value for money and block away from 5th avenue
