The Promenade offers boutique shopping, both 5 star and casual dining, a wine bar, a coffee shop, and close proximity to Calhoun Street and the May River. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a full size stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the living room boasts sunny views of the area.
A 15 minute drive takes you to Hilton Head Island with its beautiful beaches. Owners and manager are located nearby for any questions or assistance. Easy keypad entrance for no contact check-in.

Summary: The Apt is small but very nice and clean. Very convenient to everything. Too many stairs for travellers in their 60s but I should have realized that. Also the tub/showerr drainage needs attention. Water does not drain immediately while showering. My suggestions are to 1) have more than one washcloth availble 2) provide hangers for clothes. I think there were 2 hangers 3) a luggage rack to place luggage on instead of the having to put on floor, bed or coffee table and 4) a nite table on each side of the bed would be convenient to place personal items like phone, watch etc. No regret. We would definitely stay again.
