So close you can see the roller coasters from your own private balcony and hear that famous whistle from Silver Dollar City's Frisco stream train! This neighborhood also has UNIQUE ACCESS TO TABLE ROCK LAKE through a private walkway leading you down to a cove with a beautiful view of the water! Or head down the other neighborhood walking trail shaded by the beautiful trees of the Ozark's leading to a small waterfall!
The Space:
Welcome to Bluebird Bay! This is a single level WALK-IN unit, which means NO STAIRS! This condo has two bedrooms, both with kind beds, and two bathrooms as well! The living space boasts of vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need to cook up some of your favorites and the living room couch will be the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure! This area is beautiful and full of adventure, ready for all the memories you want to make!

The Indian Point peninsula is a culture of it's own focused on lake life, the beauty of the Ozarks, and making memories! Drive on down the road to one of the locally owned family restaurants, skip rocks on the water in one of Table Rock Lake's many coves, or rent a boat from the Indian Point Marina! Enjoy some adventure by booking a time at Indian Point Zipline and soar through the trees with their awesome staff guiding you the whole way! Deer Run Grocery is minutes from the condo to grab any supplies you may have forgotten or grab some pizza from Backyard Pizza, a delicious choice for takeout after a busy day.
Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just TWO MILES from the condo!
The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!
Indian Pointe Marina is just 9 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on the condo's property.
CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
