Welcome to our little casa! We are 1/2 MILE FROM AIRPORT. 1.5 hour drive to YOSEMITE, SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK and close to KINGS CANYON. 1 exit from FRESNO STATE and TRENDY EATERIES AND COFFEE SHOPS! Master bedroom with bathroom and queen size bed, kids room with twin bed and nearby full bathroom, crib and kids toys/books. One extra private space with twin bed. Outdoor patio area. Small backyard with hammock. Wifi and Cable. Stocked kitchen.

The home is single story and about 1400 sq ft. Plenty of room for a larger party.
Central AC and Heating, Fresno is extremely warm in the warm summers and cold winters. Please pack accordingly.
This home is pet friendly however, only ONE single pet is allowed. Must be smaller than 40 lbs. Pets are allowed with a $30 extra fee and only after notifying host.

Are you looking to stay long term? 3 weeks or longer? If so great! We love long term stays, however please be advised that the best time to book an extended stay is at least 6 months in advance. Please check our calendar... if the dates seem unavailable unfortunately they are.

This home is a duplex. Meaning there are two separate unshared sides to the one building. The side you will be staying in is towards the back and is the larger area of the two. On the side is another Airbnb. Shared areas between the two sides include a small patio directly in front of my portion of the unit, however my tenants don't use this space very at all so it is open to you. Laundry room also found in this area, will be made available and will be left open only upon request.
A Note about Fresno- Fresno is going through lots of positive changes but remains a bit raw and authentic. It has pockets of amazing areas and some more dilapidated areas. We are located in between both in an older neighborhood. If you aren’t used to seeing all ethnicities, homeless people (on the busier cross-streets) items left out on the street etc, or older homes, please book a hotel in a nice area of town!

****If you plan to bring a pet there is an extra $35 fee for cleaning of animal hair****

The side you are staying in will be located towards the back of the property and is labeled #102 with a "hello" mat in front of it. Keys will be left in a safe place for you to access.

As of 3/9/2019 there has been a rooster reported in the area. We've only had one mention of rooster crowing in the morning but as a courtesy I'd like to make note of it!
