Positive: I liked the design of the inside and the outside, it was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, a little small but the overall design was great. The property felt secure.
Negative: The bathroom has a very bad smell coming from the drains, the sink and the shower. I put a cup over the sink to stop the smell and a candle lid over the shower drain to stop it as well. The shower tiles were very dirty and I feel like they need to be bleached and scrubbed with a heavy brush. The street parking was great but the garbage all over the street was really gross.
