If you're seeking basic, clean, easy accommodations while exploring nearby Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, Las Olas, etc this is a great place for you!
Simply put, your apartment is not the main attraction, but it's an awesome place to spend a night or a week.

Electric range, pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, glasses -- and salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are all supplied for your use and enjoyment. Keurig for coffee.
LAUNDRY
We have a shared laundry room that you are welcome to use! We even provide the laundry detergent.

Crib and highchair can be provided on request.
GUEST ACCESS:
The apartment is fitted with a Smart Lock. You'l receive a code for access at 9am the day your reservation begins.
You'll have your whole 1BR apartment and private backyard patio to yourself. Laundry room is shared with other guests and is free to use.

Each apartment has one numbered parking space provided at the front of the property. Dedicated parking for one car only.
The unit has two wall AC units. One is in the living room and one is in the bedroom.
While we treat our unit for pests monthly, this is South Florida and this is an older home that was built in the 50s. Outdoor creatures occasionally find their way indoors — especially if you leave doors open.
