Our beautiful home is ideally located in Poblenou just a 5-minute walk from the nearest tube. There are 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for families.
The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kickback.
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea and Catalan delicacies.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.
The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has 2 more single beds. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom, white fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

The flat is located in Poblenou, a really calm neighbourhood close to the beach. Is a growing area full of coffees, restaurants and nice bars. A lot of events alto take place around here.
Finally, some personal recommendations, go to the beach and have a swim, is just 10-15 minutes away and if you are visiting during the weekend make sure you don't miss the Palo Alto Market.

Poblenou is the nearest station to the property, just a 5 minute walk away. This connects you to the yellow line (L4), meaning you can get to iconic Barcelona sites in no time at all, such as Plaza Catalunya. Exploring Barcelona could hardly be easier!

Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please note that a late check-in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:

- From 22:00h to 00:00h: €25
- From 00:00h: €40
All guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. And to pay a city tax per guest according to the city hall regulation.
All fees will be collected at check-in and must be paid in cash.
Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
