This lovely bungalow, featuring beautiful wood floors and original wood doors and frames, is located in the heart of Pasadena. Near all the entertainment, eateries, markets, boutiques, and the famous Rose Bowl Stadium, you are also very close to hiking trails and the Angeles National Forest. If you feel like enjoying a big city vibe, the freeway will take you to Downtown L.A. in less than thirty minutes.
The open floor plan downstairs, alongside the cascading glass doors, offers abundant natural light and the typical Californian indoor-outdoor living experience. The spacious living area is complete with a sectional couch, Smart TV, and extra seating space with comfortable chairs to enjoy a book or an afternoon cup of tea.
This space also features a dining table with seats for 6 people, ideal to get together for a nice dinner, or a game night with friends and family!
The remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with a large gas stove/oven, double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double basin sink, and all your cookware. The island with high-top seating is a perfect place to gather your guests around while preparing a delicious homemade dinner.
The master bedroom suite, located on the first floor, has a king-size bed with luxurious linens, a large closet, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and bright, with French doors to create that indoor-outdoor feel.
On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms. The coved ceilings are another lovely antique touch, while the platform beds ensure you have plenty of space to move around.
