Positive: The location is fantastic.
Negative: Upon arrival the key box code had not been changed. I reached out to the hosts and was unable to get in contact with them. Eventually they returned my call and gave me the code. When we got into the property it had not been cleaned. The host sent a cleaning crew but it forced my family and two small children to leave for over two hours. The host/owner told me to reach out following the incident to work out a refund. He never responded to my messages. It was a horrible way to start our stay after a long drive and no attempt to rectify the situation and make it better following the trip.
Summary: Started bad. Great location. No attempt from owner to make situation right after the fact.
