With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths this cedar style and stone accented home is extremely private and offers beautiful views of Richardsons Bay. This custom crafted home features a large kitchen and 2 master suites one of which boasts a stone fireplace perfect for creating the cozy north woods feel. Other amenities include sugar sand beach, large dining and seating area, lakeside fire pit, zero entry for easy access to the home and beach, huge stone fireplace and much more!
Breezy Bay Beach sits on a perfectly level sugar sand beach (Think Cabo of the Northwoods!), the sugar sand beach is just a few steps out the large sliding front doors. Guests enjoy not only the perfect beach but the perfect location with both restaurants on the lake located within a few minutes drive, boat or swim! A scenic lake-side fire pit area with enough seating for the whole family plus friends provides a great place for adults to enjoy while the kids can enjoy the swimming area. Due to the level beach it’s easy to keep track of everyone including the kids!

LOCATED ON ROUND LAKE: Round Lake is one of the Hayward area's premier lakes. It offers over 3000 acres of clear water reaching a depth of 75 feet where bluegill, trout, bass, and walleye can be found aplenty. The lake has a Marina on it as well as several restaurants you can boat to. The lakefront area is flat. Unlike a lot of homes on the lake, there aren't flights of stairs to access the beach and dock. The dock and firepit area allow you to soak in the rays while the kids build sandcastles or swim at the beach.
Evenings are almost completely silent, filled with serene sunset views and only interrupted by the frog & loon calls, whip-or-wills and the occasional sounds of fish jumping, muskrats swimming by, or other wildlife.
