This stunning beach chic home sits on a quiet cul de sac and is perfectly located just a few minutes from both East Hampton and Amagansett villages and beaches. The house sits on a sprawling and manicured property and boasts a backyard perfect for summer entertaining featuring a 20 X 40 heated in ground swimming pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, and all new teak wood furniture, including a plush sectional on a wood deck just steps from the pool and yard. Recently renovated with Restoration Hardware furniture and fixtures throughout. The home features 6 bedrooms, 3 new bathrooms, and a completely renovated state of the art kitchen with top of the line appliances. The spacious great room has a wood burning fireplace and a 65" flat screen TV as well as flat screen TV's in both the master suite and downstairs bedrooms. Additional amenities include Central AC, Wifi, Sonos system throughout the house and back yard, a full garage and the use of 2 beach cruisers.

Summary: My two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful 2-week stay at this property. The house is gorgeous and equipped with all the extras - from up to the minute stereo and TV systems that delighted my teenagers to a fully outfitted kitchen and grill area for adult cooks. The backyard is perfect for hanging out in - at any time of day you can find both sunny and shaded areas to either work on your tan or read a book. The location couldn't be better - far enough away from the town to be able to get provisions or grab a bite without hitting traffic, but close enough that we generally ran in to town several times a day. The area beaches are beautiful. And the owners couldn't be nicer or more responsive. We called several times with issues we couldn't figure out and they responded immediately and with grace. Can't think of a better place for a Hamptons getaway - we would definitely be interested in staying again.
