4 Bedroom House with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Balcony
When you walk in the door on the main level, you will find two bedrooms, a full bath, the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Is level also boasts, a large balcony area with seating for 14, with a grill and outside heater for the cold months. There is access to the balcony from the living room, and each of the main level bedrooms. The view is absolutely amazing. Beaverdam Marina can be seen directly across the bay from our balcony.
The large open living and dining area is set up in a way to make large groups comfortable. There’s nothing missing in the kitchen either. Everything you need to feed a large group can be easily found.
Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, a game room, another full bathroom and the laundry area. You’ll also find a projector set up, a corn hole set, and other board games for adults and children.
