Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location is good but crowded since it's right next to the public beach access. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view was wonderful, had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we didn't feel like we were missing anything we needed for the stay. The elevator was super helpful since this unit is on the 3rd floor. The Wifi was great and the TV's were very good.
Negative: The condo itself was beautiful! The building maintenance could have been better. The building itself seemed to be showing it's age in the walkways, etc. There was trash in the parking lot that never got cleaned up the whole time we were there. We did use the pull-out sofa and there were no extra blankets for it (sheets and pillows but no blankets) and the towel bar was very easy to come out of the holders. Those are the only two VERY minor things that could have been better. There are only three small beach folding chairs, so be sure to plan accordingly.
