Welcome to the "The Golden Leaf" unit. This unit is brand new, a one-of-a-kind studio that has just been renovated in February of 2023. Of all the condos we manage, this one is full of color and character and by far comes on top of the list. You will love the space for the comfortable kitchen Island seating, walk-in shower, balcony view, bedroom area and kitchen TVs, and central location. Uniquely, this unit is equipped with a full washer and dryer. An office space that is specially designated and can be easily transformed into a wardrobe. This condo is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta with 5-star amenities and within walking distance to many restaurants/bars, America's Mart, shopping, and more. So come and enjoy this gorgeous "The Golden Leaf" studio. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers, or a couples getaway.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to your condo. Keyless entry to the unit. A key fob is available to freely enter and exit the building after check-in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the Airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery.
You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, and those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, and Georgia State University are your neighbors. You are in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear your neighbors. Everything is brand new from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top-of-the-line king mattresses and bedding are included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Sparkling bathroom. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5-minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15-minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10-minute walk to
