Our spacious and newly remodeled 1,700 square foot dream house is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and enjoy the best of San Diego! We can accommodate groups up to 8 people. We provide a pack and play and high chair for your little one's comfort!
The house is single story: There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large yard area, sprawling views, a dining area, luxury kitchen, laundry room, and game room in the garage.
Easy street and driveway parking.
Situated on a fantastic Bay Park Street (Southcrest), our large house offers an unbeatable location, near the freeway, ocean, and tons to do. It's a few minutes away from Sea World, Mission Bay, and USD, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach or the zoo, and 15 minutes to downtown. There are great spots very nearby like SuperBloom Coffee & Juice, Offshore Tavern & Grill, Luce Bar & Kitchen, and the High Dive.
The home is stocked incredibly well; we have a minimum of two bed sets (per bed), numerous towels for the jacuzzi, as well as hand and makeup towels. The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and everything you'd need to cook a full Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We don't want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest.
PARKING:
There's room for 2 cars in the driveway.
BEDROOMS:
There are three bedrooms-- 2 with King beds and 1 with Queen over Queen bunks. One of the King bedrooms has a walk in closet and bathroom attached. The bunk room has views of the backyard. All of the bedrooms are spacious, beautiful, and well appointed. Everyone will sleep sound!
LIVING ROOM:
Open concept living at its finest! Whip up a meal in the chef's kitchen while watching the game. There is plenty of room to lounge and relax in the living room. The living room opens up to the dining area and luxury kitchen.
KITCHEN:
Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and tons of countertop space.
The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, coffee, and plenty of dishes, plates and tableware to accommodate large groups.
Just off the kitchen is a large dining table, with additional seating in the living room. This main level is great for family gatherings and is the perfect place to come together after a fun San Diego day.
GAME ROOM:
Unleash the kids (or adults) in the game room out in the garage, with Pool, seating, TV, and arcade games.
OUTDOORS:
The back yard is accessible from the interior of the home. It is completely fenced in with a gate to the front yard, making it a very dog friendly outdoor area for your pet to safely explore. There's a sparkling jacuzzi, outdoor seating area, string lights, grill, and cornhole set. San Diego is known for its four-season weather so we wanted to go all-out on this backyard!
