Positive: I had an excellent stay — the condo was spotless, modern, and easy to access, with everything exactly as described. It’s in a very convenient location just off a main artery into downtown from the southeast, which makes it easy to navigate the city without relying solely on the interstate system. The host was extremely communicative and helpful, and promptly resolved a small issue with the coffee maker — a new one was delivered right away. The condo itself was really comfortable and well-equipped, with the washer/dryer being a real plus for a longer stay. Access to downtown was quick and straightforward, and the location is a great base for exploring greater Nashville by car.
Negative: Nothing to dislike about this property or its location - and, in fact, I’m a returning guest. As someone who knows the city and the area fairly well, I knew exactly what to expect. This said, prospective guests should be aware that, as with many recently gentrified areas in Nashville, a car is a must. The neighborhood isn’t unsafe, but it’s not particularly walkable or ideal for exploring on foot. If you don’t have wheels, be prepared to Uber, that’s all.
Summary: A clean, and comfortable condo with excellent host support. Highly recommended.
