Nestled on a 21-acre property in the Norton area between Cashiers and Highlands, the expansive grounds are shared with one other home (where the friendly property owners reside). Wake up to serene views of the wildflower meadow and the sounds of Norton Creek. Equipped with designer furnishings, gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms with heated floors and cozy covered porch. This is not your average barn! Step inside to soaring painted wood ceilings with copious amounts of natural light and morning sun. There is a cozy bedroom just off the kitchen with a king-sized bed. Just across the hall is a full bathroom that has a walk-in shower, marble tile, and heated floors. This bathroom offers easy access to the bedroom while also serving as a stylish powder room for guests. Upstairs is a loft-style living room that overlooks the lower level equipped with a tv and lounge sofa with 2 club chairs. In the loft area, there are 2 full-sized beds tucked into the wall for overflow sleeping. Also upstairs is the second bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, and the closet is the size of a very small bedroom. A baby pack-n-play or a blowup mattress could easily be put in the closet if needed, but there is not a window in the closet. The bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combination, heated marble floors and 2 sinks. This bathroom also serves as the bathroom for anyone sleeping in the loft beds. On the covered porch dine al fresco, watch tv or read a book while taking in the fresh mountain air. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the stars or watch the deer feast on flowers in the meadow.
