This home offers central air conditioning, three bedrooms and a bonus room, including two king beds and two queen beds, all with serene water views. The first-floor bonus room offers a king-size bed and private deck, while upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony. All sleeping areas are furnished with brand new mattresses and Smart TVs for your comfort and entertainment. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. Relax on your private beach area, perfect for unwinding with a refreshing drink or floating on a raft. You will also have access to a private dock with a swim ladder and opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Bring your own boat, (2 slips), paddleboards, jet skis, etc. We provide two single seat kayaks with lifejackets (multiple sizes) for your enjoyment. Enhance the ambiance with surround sound and outdoor speakers while listening to your favorite music. Relax in the outdoor covered sitting area enjoying your favorite drink while admiring stunning sunsets. A standby generator will protect against a power outage.
