The main floor of the Main House exudes a cozy and inviting ambiance that sets the tone for a peaceful lakeside retreat. Upon entering, guests are greeted by an open living space adorned with warm interiors and breathtaking views of the tranquil lake. The living area is well-lit and vibrantly decorated, with an additional sitting area in front of large picture windows. The traditional dining area seats 8, with room for 6 more at the breakfast bar. A gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and spacious countertops is a chef's dream. Summary: Spot was perfect - easy to walk to Seaside, tennis courts and all the watercolor amenities. House was spacious and comfortable with excellent porches. We very much liked the house. Several things needed to improve to take it from good to exceptional: 1. Kitchen was not well stocked. Good on plates/cups/cutlery but not good on many essentials such as Tupperware, baking sheets, etc. Not a single extra blanket in the entire house. 2. Coffee pot was broken. Called the property management and chatted no less than 10 times and they were either closed, lines were busy or otherwise. When we did get them, it took until the following day to drop off and then it went to the WRONG HOUSE. It literally never arrived to our property.3. These rooms are huge and could easily fit king beds which is massively improve the stay. 4. The pillows and touches had gotten a bit ratty - time to replace.
