The Mansion:
Almost 7,000 square feet of space, enjoy the large movie theater with popcorn station and authentic theater seating, and then retreat back to your bedroom, each with a private en suite bathroom. Upon walking into the grand entrance, you'll notice a pool table to your left, a place to relax, and a bedroom with en suite bathroom off to the right. The grand kitchen is a chef's dream! It consists of 3 Wolf ovens, a 6 burner plus griddle Wolf range, dual Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezers, crushed ice machine in the butler's pantry, and custom cabinetry. Upstairs is highlighted by the primary Suite with an effervescing stand-alone tub and separate jetted shower. You'll feel like you're at the spa! Perfect for brides and their girl squad getting ready for their big day. The large laundry room is very convenient for quickly washing clothes before returning home. The fully manicured backyard boasts a custom pool with waterfalls, BBQ, and outdoor furniture. The Pool House:
This luxurious studio has a well-stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, and fridge. A comfy king-sized bed and queen sleeper sectional are perfect for two to four extra people. There is a full bathroom with outside access to the backyard patio. The pool house is a studio, so there is no wall between the bed and the living space or kitchen. A double locking door ensures privacy between the pool house and the rest of the Mansion. You can easily access the mansion from any of the exterior doors.You can also book the mansion on its own without the pool house for a discounted price- just ask us for the link.

Located in a prestigious neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of town, you'll immediately notice the impressive curb appeal as you turn the corner and head toward your home away from home! Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Porterville with a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevadas, near restaurants and shopping, Lake Success, Springville Rodeo, world-class golf, Porterville College, Sequoia National Park, and The World Ag Expo and other events at the Heritage Complex in Tulare. The neighborhood is quiet, and perfect for an evening stroll or relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Located near many wedding venues in Springville, Porterville, and the surrounding areas, we imagine this would be a magical place for the bride to get ready with her best girlfriends, and for the new bride and groom to retreat to after their wedding! Because this home is in an upscale neighborhood, this IS NOT a place to have parties or loud gatherings.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You'll receive check-in and check-out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours. If you plan to arrive later, let us know so we can have someone on call.
2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 13 total individuals. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. If you'd like to host an intimate event at this property, such as a small bridal shower, the event must be approved by the host.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.) and pool accessories, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happy! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR! This home is in a very nice neighborhood. Please respect the city noise ordinance of quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Never leave trash outside, block anyone's driveway, or park the wrong direction on the street. Let's all be kind to one another!
