You will fall in love with this large sea house, both for its beautifully landscaped exteriors and its interiors. In the garden there is a large private salt swimming pool, which measures 10 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.6 to 1.8 m. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful lawn area with 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and a large parasol. For the little ones, there are playground equipment such as swings, a trampoline, a slide, a golf training area, a badminton court and even bikes to ride! With a main house and a cosy annexe, this property is ideal for two small families, perhaps, or a group of friends, as they can stay with some independence. In front of the main house there are two wonderful furnished porches and a furnished terrace of about 60 m2, where you can enjoy any family meal, especially a delicious barbecue. The privacy of the property is total, as there are no neighbours within a close radius.
Once we enter inside the main house, we have a spacious and open living room where you will find a fireplace, air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fitted for dining, making the space larger and more functional. There is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and space for a cot and highchair, and the other with two single beds, a rustic and relaxing atmosphere, and very bright. The laundry room is in a separate room and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next to the main house there is an adjoining cottage where the other two bedrooms are located, both with two single beds and direct access to the terrace, although one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, which is the one that serves this idyllic cottage. In addition, all the bedrooms in both houses have air conditioning and wardrobes to make your dream holiday even more comfortable.
Manresa is a beautiful residential area in Alcudia where you will find the most beautiful coves in the area. It is only a few minutes away from Alcudia, where you will find all services needed: hospital, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. Also very near to Puerto de Alcudia, which is, surely, one of the central points of Northern Majorca. The nearest sandy beach is that of Mal Pas, a few meters away.
The A/C is included in the price from 14:00h till 17:00h and from 22:00h till 04:00h. There's a charge for the use of the A/C during the whole day.
