In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 160 m long narrow motor access. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 1 km, grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 17 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Giessbach Wasserfälle.
