Bring the whole family and enjoy a nice time off in our beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood close to major attractions. Have a BBQ day in the patio, watch a movie on the 75" TV, enjoy our books, have fun in the game area, or take our kayaks for a lake trip. Walking distance to a boat ramp/Watersports Marina which offers a Manatee tour/scuba diving/Mermaid classes/scalloping; 7min from Downtown, restaurants, shops, State Parks and Three Sister Springs. Beach and Gulf of Mexico are 25 min away!!
* Free parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway area. A big lot across the street is available if you need to park a boat/trailer/RV (please ask us if the lot is available before booking).
* The house is all one level. There are not stairs other than 1 step to get inside.
* Large (not fence) yard with covered patio, charcoal BBQ grill, and a dining table and chairs.
* The garage was converted into a game room where you can enjoy a foosball table, an indoor basketball court, darts, and lots of board games.
* There are kayaks available for you to use!!

Guest bedrooms 1 & 2 are located next to each other only separated by the guest bathroom. They include: 3 twin size beds and 1 queen size memory foam mattress bed respectively.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one located inside the master bedroom and the other one in the hallway between guests bedrooms. Both have a shower/tub combination
You will have access to the entire house during your stay except for one closet in the hallway which is the cleaner's closet.
The front door has an electronic smart lock (physical keys are not needed). Access code and information on how to use it will be provide before arrival, therefore you can check-in at anytime.
Please note we don't have the following items at home, so please plan in advance:
* A car roof racks available to transport the kayaks
* Charcoal for the BBQ grill
If available, we can accommodate for early check-ins or late check-outs for an additional $30 each, but please ask in advance.
