The main house has 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Large living, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with washer and dryer downstairs. Also bonus room with twin fold up bed if needed. The attached cabin was built in 1947 all Dade County Pine has 2 additional bedrooms 1 bath and is attached to main house with double doors that can remain open or closed for desired privacy. Perfect for large family or couples traveling together. There are three separate porches with views of St. Lucie River. One upstairs off master. One downstairs off living room and one off cabin. Gas grills with table and chairs and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Property has RV hook ups and/or boat slip available at additional charge. We have enough space for your boat or RV. There is no additional charge to keep your boat on trailer. Public boat ramp 1 mile away.
