Upon entering the home, you see a beautifully designed living room that has the perfect hues to accent the waterfront view and the tile floor. On the other side of the house, you have many floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows that lead to the kitchen, not allowing you to escape the view of Longboat Key’s crystal blue waters. The kitchen has been upgraded to a modern look and feel while preserving the beach’s aesthetic. In the kitchen, the sliding doors open all the way to open the floor plan even more and gain access to the kitchen island from the outside. Outside, there is an inground pool with plenty of lounge chairs to get that Florida tan. There is also access to a boat/fishing dock (boat not provided) that views out into the Bay.
