The Blue Willow Cottage has been expertly decorated and designed for bungalow living. This 3-bedroom home exudes relaxation and beach living in the Point. From bright and airy coastal colors to the reading porch, there is nothing else needed for a beach vacation. Bedrooms one and two each offer a full-size bed and bedroom 3 offer twin-size bunk beds. A shared full bathroom is at the end of the hallway. Two split system AC units in home. One located in LR and the second in dining room/kitchen area. Fans in each of the bedrooms. The home is offered complete with fully enclosed outdoor shower, bikes, and beach chairs. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and flip flops. Four commercial beach tags provided. $150 cleaning fee. All reservations booked through VRBO have to sign a lease through deSatnick Real Estate, LLC. SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY ACH PAYMENT OR CHECK 45 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
