Within walking distance to thriving, local dining and shopping of Downtown Edmond and the University of Central Oklahoma, this charming 2 bed, 1 bath is the perfect fit! Looking for relaxation? The home offers an inviting outdoor patio complete with chimenea, fire pit, and fully fenced backyard. With a cozy interior that sleeps 4 and a fully equipped kitchen, this lovely home is the perfect low-key escape.
Tired of checking into your vacation rental and wondering if the linens were really washed or if the bathrooms was properly disinfected? I had these questions recently and find it takes away from being able to relax and enjoy your vacation.
We do not use a property management company. I personally clean or inspect each home prior to your arrival. We have very strict standards for cleanliness and are committed to doing everything we can to ensure you enjoy your stay!
Smoking: No smoking inside or outside of the property.
Pets: We welcome our guests' dogs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cats due to allergies. We do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our homes' furniture and linens. Dogs are strictly prohibited in beds or furniture. All pet waste must be collected and disposed. For those who would like to bring a dog, there is a + $125 charge, the entire amount goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules.
