The Space:
Enjoy the comfort of a private retreat with access to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a relaxing patio complete with a hot tub and BBQ grill. The living room also offers a full-size pull-out couch, providing additional sleeping space. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of coffee and tea to kickstart your stay. (Some rooms in the house are locked and only rented to larger groups. Feel free to inquire about pricing for additional rooms.)
Guest Access:
*Driveway/Parking area is shared with other units, no other space is shared
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 4.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units on the property.
* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and WILL COME WITH A CHARGE. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
EV charging not guaranteed. There is only one parking space with access to the 50 amp plug, you must be parked there to charge
We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get a National Park reservation or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

A quick drive will take you to the center of town, where you'll find essential services like grocery stores, gas stations, and a selection of restaurants. Despite being so close to these amenities, the property offers a true sense of escape and tranquility. We ask that you respect the neighbors and maintain the quiet environment.
Getting Around:
Car is required.
Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.
Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.
The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.
Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.
Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.
