The Space:
This beautiful home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space for up to six guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep.
The upstairs is available for guest's only. There is no guest access to downstairs or onsite washer or dryer.

"This space was AMAZING for our sister's weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. We really enjoyed the deck with hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. The view from the hot tub was stunning. The home felt remote and secluded, while also having essentials nearby.
We found favorite restaurants nearby like White Duck Taco and Early Girl Eatery. It was a perfect spot for us to venture into downtown Asheville and to visit Biltmore as well.
We will absolutely come back to this home. My only complaint was that we hadn't scheduled a longer stay."

Guest Access:
The front and back door have the same code to enter the home, this will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival with check-in information.
The bottom floor of the home is not available to guests and will remain locked during your stay. There is no washer or dryer for guests.
The Neighborhood:
Family friendly neighborhood. no parties. No parking on the street.
Getting Around:
In Arden, North Carolina, common transportation options include personal vehicles, ride-sharing (Uber, Lyft), public transit (ART), walking, biking, taxis, and, if needed, car rentals. Check local services for community shuttles or bike rentals. Consider carpooling for regular commuting.
Other Things to Note:
Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive mountain locale. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Yard maintenance is taken care of on Friday or Saturday mornings. He will only be outside working around the home and will not disturb your stay. Just want you to be informed.

Located in the main level hallway
The temp should be at a comfortable setting but please keep it between 70-75
Fireplace** The fireplace is not operable. Please DO NOT attempt to build a fire
Trash**
The commercial-grade exterior trash bin is to the left of the home. Please BAG and securely tie bags before disposing. Critters are a problem in the mountains so please don't leave trash outside of the bin. We currently do not have recycling.
Laundry**
There is no on-site washer or dryer
There is a laundromat located nearby at 3903 Sweeten creek rd, Arden NC 28704
Sauna- -turn knob on heater box to desired temp 20-30 mins before entering
-oil bottles on floor please be sure to fill wooden bucket slightly with water. Use it to fill dish with oils
Cold Plunge** Please do not adjust the control setting on the pump. Thank you!
Outdoor shower only operational through spring & summer**

You can message or call us with any questions or concerns you have, we try to respond in 30 mins or less. You will have access to our property managers number as well and call anytime :)
We will not disturb you during your stay, you will have the house to yourself.
