This is an oversized, 1400+ sq foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a pool and hot tub building across the parking lot. Has shuttle stop outside building or a 10 minute walk to the NEW high speed Peru Lift on Keystone Resort. Full kitchen, dining, fireplace with free wood! Great space for a couple families or just room to spread out!
Please note-the building has an elevator to our unit, but there are stairs in the unit itself. It is not an ADA appropriate unit.
No marjiuana use of any type in the unit, building or public areas surrounding.
Guests must take out trash and load dishwasher prior to departure. Property left excessively dirty or stained will be charged in accordance to the cleaners additional fee.
