Summary: Pretty disappointed with best Western. We checked in pretty late after getting off the lake then quickly got to sleep. I unfortunately did not realize it because the air conditioning fan was blowing when we checked into the room, but there apparently was no working cold air because we woke up at about 4 AM all completely sweating in about an 85° room. Thankfully, there was one more room available all the way across the other side of the hotel on another floor. I asked them to verify if the air-conditioning works she said I can check myself. In which I did because I have a three and a five-year-old sleeping in our room absolutely ridiculous that they would check us into a room without air-conditioning and then not be helpful when our stay is being ruined in the middle of the night. I also requested some extra shampoo prior to this in the evening I also was instructed to have to go pick it up at the front desk. Very disappointed with the customer service here..
