Positive: The property is great. It has everything you need and matches the description.
Negative: Our departure day was awful. The day before, we agreed with the hosts to leave between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. We spoke with them three times. The last time my wife spoke with them was near midnight the night before check-out. She wanted to confirm that we were on the same page about the departure time. However, when the next guests arrived on the day of our departure, the hostess came and started screaming at us for not being ready to leave yet. It was near to 12:30. She was also very angry that we took clean bed linens from the wardrobe. Did she think we needed to use the same bed linens for a month? Well, we hadn't finished our lunch, but we left anyway. I should mention that we are a family of four with two children, and my son is only one year old. There is one more thing. The phone number listed in the property description is not Spanish, but rather a number from the Dominican Republic. My wife called to explain that we had some problems picking up the rental car at the airport and that we were now driving to the property. However, the man who answered said that he didn't know anything about the property or our check-in time. He said that something was wrong and that there was most likely a mistake in the property description. It's strange that guests can't get information by calling the phone number listed in the description. As a result, we paid more than seven euros for this international call, and we were stressed while driving to our destination.
