Both bathrooms were completely renovated in January 2024! Walk-in shower for the master and a tub/shower for the guest bathroom.
Huntington by the Sea itself is a well-kept secret among vacationers to Destin because the building has only 31 condominiums allowing guests to feel as though they have their own private beach. Other buildings in Miramar Beach can be a bit busy, but no swarms of tourists to contend with here at Huntington by the Sea. No waiting for beach chairs and no traffic noise- just the sound of the waves from your own little piece of paradise.
The interior of the condo has been completely repainted, new baseboards placed, and new window shutters installed in 2022. This is in addition to the major update in December 2018 that included hardwood floors in the bedrooms, new dining room table and chairs, new furnishings, and new bedroom closet doors!

THERE IS A NEW OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN! It offers a dining experience by connecting the chef with the rest of the group. Brazilian granite counter tops with high end stainless steel appliances make preparing dinner a real pleasure and there is seating for six at the table plus four at the extended bar allowing the kitchen to flow beautifully into the rest of the living area. White cabinets provide elegance whether you are having a quick snack or a complete meal- all the while you are enjoying the sounds of the gulf through the floor to ceiling glass doors.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with new mattress and furnishings and en suite.
