Another great perk is the grassy area with a firepit and picnic table by the river - now you can enjoy alfresco meals with unparalleled river views!
When you enter this splendid two-story home, you will discover a great room with cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows flooding the space with natural light. The living room is a great spot to unwind and relax after playing and fishing in the river - curl up on your favorite sofa and stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV. If you are feeling a tad cold, the beautiful gas fireplace will warm you up in a second. Equipped with all stainless steel appliances, the open kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Coffee connoisseurs will love the two coffee makers available (drip and Keurig). This level enjoys a large covered porch overlooking the river that has plenty of seating - rocking chairs, a swing, and an outdoor dining area with a gas grill.
