Three bedroom, two bath charming house in the center of the Village of Berrien Springs. Walk to the market, post office, park & restaurants in this quaint, sleepy town - you'll hear the noon siren every day just to help keep you on track. A short five-minute drive away from Andrews University (bring your mountain bikes to take advantage of their trail system as well as your discs to play their 18 hole disc golf course). Five minutes to Lake Chapin & St. Joseph River where there is easy access to kayak and/or fish, etc. Twenty minutes from Lake Michigan and all that southwest Michigan has to offer. Thirty minutes to Notre Dame.
A deck in the backyard with patio lights leads to a fire pit that's all ready for hot dogs, s'mores & campfire songs. Kumbaya.
Main level, primary bedroom contains king bed and recently updated full bath. (Additional full bath also located on main floor.) Second main floor bedroom features twin bed & opens onto backyard deck. Upper level sleeping areas now benefit from new a/c and heating unit. Upper bedroom contains queen bed. Additional walkthrough sleeping loft has two built-in twin XL beds with sitting area.
Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Office area off of the living room just in case…but you really should leave your work at the office.😊
FYI - neighborhood trash trucks can rumble through early on some weekday mornings, so we've included sound machines for your comfort.
