As you discover this beautiful, Luxury Condo, you are sure to appreciate it’s convenient and unique location. The parking spaces are located just outside the entrance to the condo, leaving no need to worry about luggage carts or elevators! You will instantly feel at home with the warm Open Floor Plan of the main level, which is home to the large Kitchen, Dining Area, and welcoming Living Room. Just off the Kitchen, you’ll find an intimate dining space, providing the perfect area for everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the Beach, to cooking a family meal after spending the day in the sun.
As you wander down the steps to the lower level, you will find 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms and a bonus room with new couch and Smart TV. The 2 Large Bedrooms on the lower floor are recently updated. The Primary Bedroom will sleep 2 with a Plush King Bed and attached bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 will sleep 4 with a Cozy Queen Bunk Bed. The attached Bath to Bedroom 2 has a glass enclosed Walk-in Shower. Both Bedrooms have a Flat Screen TV, and direct Balcony Access.
