This beautiful provencal villa is located in Pierrevert. This village is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park and is famous for its vineyards and 18-hole golf course. Near Manosque (Pays de Giono) and Valensole (lavender). For people who love to ride horses, there is the Riou stud farm.
Description of the house:
Quiet area close to all shops (bakery, butcher, grocery, pharmacy ...).
This house of 100m², facing south, has a large veranda giving access directly to the private pool (7x3.50m flat bottom 1. 40m deep) and equipped with an alarm.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed 140 each and a room with 2 single beds 90. Sheets are made available. The bedding is completely new. Towels are also provided against those for the pool are not.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer ...), a living room with 2 sofas including a sofa bed, TV, DVD, free WiFi, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower. the Italian and an independent toilet.
A gas barbecue is available.
An extra bed for baby can be provided upon request.
Fully fenced villa that has 2 carports and an automatic gate.

Free visit of Pierrevert village every Wednesday at 10am at the town hall.
Near the Gorges du Verdon, the lakes of Esparon and Ste Croix, the plateau of Valensole (lavender), Moustier Ste Marie (famous for its faience).
