It is equipped with every comfort and our concern is that your stay is as pleasant as possible, our only concern, your satisfaction!
THE PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE, tourist tax, water and electricity, cleaning, internet are included and the beds are made upon arrival and towels provided (on request).
The house was built in the 1900s, it is one of the first houses that were built to take advantage of sea bathing. It is located 1 minute walk from the beach and shops.
The villa has been renovated to new and is equipped with comfortable furniture and quality appliances.
GROUND FLOOR YOU WILL FIND:
In the entrance a coat rack and a paper holder (travel!), A toilet at the foot of the stairs.
A large living room with 2 large sofas with chaise longue, a flat 80 cm screen TV, a DVD player with DVD (pirate of the Caribbean, the Smurfs, Scooby Doo, Annie ...), a WII game console with flying and guns (Mario kart Pokémon, football game, coconut shoot, wii sports resorts ...) and a HIFI.
An electric fireplace is available to accompany your winter evenings.
In the buffet room you will find all stemware and appetizers.
Two windows overlook the front yard, a garden and a direct access door to the terrace.
The living room consists of a large table for 8 people, the kitchen is open to the living room, a flat screen TV 80 cm also includes the living room, large window overlooks the front yard.
IN THE KITCHEN :
A dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer, a coffee machine "dolce gusto", a coffee machine "standard", a kettle, a toaster, a juicer, a blender, a drummer electric as well as a base i phone or i pod. The beach of Barneville where you can take baths of sea, you stroll, make sand castles with the children or to initiate to the fishing on foot.
Several bike rides are possible by taking the greenways that go from Carteret to Portbail.
Walks in the dunes are also not to be missed.
An equestrian center is near the house, they offer horseback or pony rides.
A sailing school is accessible in Carteret.
In high season, the dolphin swimming school opens its doors and offers learning for young and old.
All these activities are closer to the house.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
If you want to book a stay, thank you to send dates by email or call me, I answer in the day. If your stay is available I will send you a rental agreement in your name, a deposit of 30% of the booking price will return to me by mail with the signed contract. The balance is to be sent 30 days before arrival, a certificate of insurance holiday you will also be required. A deposit of 1000 € will be required on the day of your arrival and it will not be cashed if the inventory done the day of your departure requires it, it will be returned to you 7 days after your departure. In case of reservation at the last minute, I will ask you then to pay the totality of the stay during the reservation or in cash at the time of your arrival.
Settlements can be made by check, cash, paypal transfer, or online payment, the latter two are subject to additional charges.
High and very high season, arrived are Saturday from 16h and departures on Saturday from 10am.
In low and mid season the arrivals and departure dates are flexible, a 3 night minimum stay.
It is us, the owners, who will welcome you, we live about 45 minutes from Barneville, we will ask you to try to respect the time slot on which we will have agreed.
The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, tourist tax) and cleaning. Included are 2m3 of water per week and 100Kwh of electricity per week. A meter reading will be done upon arrival, in case of excessive consumption you will be asked a surplus of the order of: water 6 € / m3, electricity 0,16 € / Kwh.
We leave you some household products in advance so that you have time to settle down with confidence, 2 tablets of dishwasher, 2 pastilles for linen, 4 capsules of coffee, salt and pepper.
You will find on arrival a bright, comfortable house, perfectly clean and tidy, we decided to include the final cleaning of stay in our rates so that our guests can fully enjoy their vacation.

The house is very well located, in the heart of the seaside resort of Barneville, less than a minute walk from the beach (supervised beach in summer), the first shops are 1 minute walk (grocery store with bread, tobacco The market Barneville is held every Saturday morning in the village, and in season, there is a market on Sunday morning at the beach. A carnival is also present in July and August boulevard de la mer.
