Beautiful & Rare Mountain Views! From a 2 bedroom home overlooking the city of Chattanooga. Nestled in historic Missionary Ridge, this cozy home was designed with relaxation in mind. The home features a main bedroom loft, an additional bedroom, and double balconies for the perfect view. The home is in a central location that is minutes from downtown, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, hiking trails, gas stations, malls, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, restaurants, and the interstate.

Summary: Overall - OK. Views were great, beds were comfortable, living room and kitchen on mid-level floor were roomy and functional. Curb appeal of unit was poor as kudzu views were growing up the side of the adjacent unit. While the inside was basically clean, several items needed repair: receptacles in lower bedroom vanity didn't work, light in washer/dryer closet didn't work, light in hood vent in kitchen didn't work, kitchen sink faucet didn't work properly, freezer had one plastic ice tray that was cracked and leaked when you put in water, both decks needed deck furniture, neither bedroom had a dresser, and both decks had an occasional screw/nail extruding risking possible injury if walking in bare feet. Communications with the host was good. while a good location for a valley/lookout mountain view, the maintenance items prevented a 4/5 star rating.
