4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom, newly updated townhome situated in West Fenwick's premier Bayside Resort community, just 5 miles from the beach! An easy walk or bike ride to the community pools, tennis and fitness facilities. Master Bedroom - King bed with full bath. Second Bedroom - Queen bed with shared bath. Third Bedroom - Queen bed with shared bath. Fourth Bedroom -Queen Bed and Full Bath (first floor). Guests must provide their own linens and towels.
** Please note: Bayside charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The per person in-season rate is $55 for 3 consecutive days or $85 for the week. The per person off-season rate is $35 for 3 consecutive days or $55 for the week. The amenities fee is billed two weeks prior to your stay after notifying the owner of the number and ages of those staying.

Bayside’s Health & Aquatic Club has a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! A beach shuttle that travels between the community and Fenwick Island State Park is available select days during the summer season.
A Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, miles of trails, and conservation area maintain abundant open space. Bayside offers unique amenities, including community pools/fitness/tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, stocked ponds, poolside bars, life enrichment classes, kids’ programming, community events, and an integrated retail and entertainment venue. Well stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker (filters provided), Keurig, blender, and crockpot. Main floor includes an eat in kitchen area and an additional dining area connected to a spacious living room. Wifi, gas grill, smart TVs in the living room (65 in) and master bedroom (32 in). 5 minute walk to main Sun Ridge Community pool, playground, and athletic courts.
Second floor washer and dryer for your convenience. Detergent and dryer sheets provided at the beginning of the Summer so please check for stock upon arrival.
