Off-street assigned parking for one car in the back of the building with a shared space with 203/303 on a first come first saved basis. Unit 303 has a queen bed plus a bunk, and a queen sleep sofa. Sunspot is close to everything being one block to the beach and a nearby bus stop. Sunspot is close to the Delaware line for amusement center or walk to Five guys across the street or other eateries such as Captain Pizza, Beach Barrels plus others. Linens are provided for 6 people.
