You are easily accessible to downtown Pasadena and Los Angeles, and the attractions Los Angeles has to offer such as the Huntington Library and Gardens, the Norton Simon Museum, The Rose Bowl and Los Angeles Arboretum. Plus you are close to the Mt. Wilson and Eaton Canyon hiking trail. The exterior of the property is surrounded by a mature ficus hedge for privacy. The property includes a shaded outdoor kitchen with dining area, an outdoor seating area with fireplace separate from the deck off the master bedroom.
