A mother-in-law suite with a single bed, king bed, and a private kitchen on the first floor. Large eat-in gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, three entertaining rooms, private deck over looking inground pool. Off street parking on a large driveway.
Our property is very convenient and a super private spot! It is just a 5-minute car ride away from downtown, 7-minute car ride from airport. The best part is that it's only a 5-minute WALK from Bardstown Road (where all the great shops, restaurants, and bars are)!
The pool is Open from May 15 to end of October and will be heated from September 15 through end of October.
Gas grill on the deck and propane is always available for you. Drip Coffee maker, a coffee maker with in-built grinder with fresh coffee beans and Keurig coffee maker are available.
