Wake up to gorgeous views of Loch Lomond as you sip coffee on the deck and prepare for your day. This comfortable, roomy home has all you need to enjoy your days on the lake, biking the trails, golfing, or exploring Northwest Arkansas.
The main floor of the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas. A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer. Read a book, work on a puzzle, or take a nap in the beautiful sunroom that sits off the back of the home and overlooks the lake. A relaxing deck with a gas grill, large table and umbrella, and easy access to the main level overlooks the lake and receives wonderful late afternoon/evening shade. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, double oven, full sized fridge, and dishwasher.
The lower level of the home has one bedroom and bathroom and walks out to a large, partially covered patio and access to the lake. All ages will find entertainment in the game room on this level. The oversized two car garage has plenty of room to store your mountain bikes, golf clubs, or other large items.
