Serene location with balcony overlooking the woods and pond. Newly remodeled bedroom and living room. including full size refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave. Internet, Smart TV. Netflix, and other services are included. Washer/dryer.
We also feature a sofa sleeper with a very comfortable Sealy queen size mattress to accommodate 2 people.

Other things to note
Pets 1 (dog) 40 pounds and under allowed. However pets are not allowed on bed or furniture. If pet hair is found on furniture there will be an addition cleaning fee. Also some breeds not allowed (Rottweiler's Doberman Pinches, Pit Bulls, German Shepard's or any other aggressive breads). In addition to Netflix and Prime are provided. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, popcorn popper, place setting for six (6).
This is a non-smoking unit. There are designated smoking areas nearby. There will be a $250 charge for smoking in the unit.
