Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Oceana! Beach is private to a handful of houses. Ample room for sleeping options. Entire house was very clean and so comfortable. Teenagers rode bikes to get ice cream and to the local bridge to jump off at high tide. We saw a couple of seals and loved watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Amazing views from Green Harbor to Gurnet, even to Manomet- wow! A cool place to look for crabs and starfish at low tide as well. What a special home, thank you!!
