You have a great view of the tennis courts and the use of the patio, lounge chairs and grills to barbecue. Internet access, and Cable TV. You also have a covered parking space that is assigned to you.
This unit has a sleeper sofa available that sleeps 2 additional people for an extra fee of $50/night.
No smoking and/or pets allowed in condo.
