Semi waterfront home in the desirable area of Lake Country with a private estate feel boasts remarkable views of Okanagan Lake. This property, has lots of space (0.8 acres), is nicely secluded and located on a no through road and is perfect for a family get-away or a couples retreat. The proximity to the lake and plenty of parking for a boat makes it an ideal vacation for water activities. This expansive property with large lawn, three decks, natural gas BBQ, pond and a hot tub are all you need for relaxing and spending time together.
The property was closed for rentals for the 2021 fall and winter period for an exciting major expansion and renovation, which renovated the main floor and added a second floor to the home to accommodate a 400 sq foot recreation room with a deck and a separate 2 bedroom self-contained suite. For avid boaters there is a Government Boat Launch less than 10 minutes away and there is a private buoy on the lake close to the property.
